Webhubs is an online service that offers intellectual services. The website’s Disclaimer Policy states that the information on the site may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors and that it does not constitute an offer to contract. Webhubs does not control the content of third-party websites and is not responsible for any claims arising from third-party products or services. The Privacy Policy emphasizes Webhubs’ commitment to safeguarding users’ personal information and prohibits its disclosure to any third parties.
This Service includes, as well
- Screening contracting, paying, and hiring of resources,
- Resources are allocated to customer initiatives
- Monitoring and reporting of time logs,
- Software tools, such as Webhubs Team and Webhubs Share (“Tools”), as well as any project assistance and initial client training.
- The parties will agree on the assignment of Resources, the work schedule, and the start date, which will then be recorded in an email sent to the customer.
- Initial training will be given by Webhubs, along with tips on how to communicate more effectively and an overview of the Resource(s).
- The client is aware that each Resource will work for Webhubs full-time. Customer and Resource shall collaborate directly, and Customer alone is responsible for all projects and deliverables (collectively, “Work Product”) created by Resources for Customer.
- After the Trial period has ended, the Customer may cancel any allocated Resource at any time by giving at least five days’ notice for each Resource that has to be cancelled.
- If any third-party software is needed by the resource to execute the work at hand and it is not currently accessible through Webhubs, the client will supply the licences.
- In accordance with this Agreement, the Customer shall be liable for any incidental costs, postage costs, travel costs, and other fees (collectively, “Project Expenses”) spent by Webhubs or Resource on the Customer’s behalf.
Payments and Fees
- Webhubs will email Customers with detailed invoices and time logs outlining the hours worked and the work completed by each Resource. Any corrections to hours worked must be received in writing within three days, and any adjustments will be reflected in the following invoice.
- Webhubs reserves the right to change the terms of Resource Assignment, including rates, with 30 days written notice to the Customer.
- The client is responsible for paying for any idle time of the resource. Webhubs will not be responsible for any idle time if the client has no tasks to allocate to the resource(s).
- If the customer requires any additional resources or wants to add extra features that are not included in the original agreement, additional fees will apply and the customer will be responsible for paying for these additional services.
- Before Starting any project customer need to pay 50% Payment for the security deposit. If Customers are not Satisfied with Our Work so we modify the designs continuously & stop modifying them after customer satisfaction.
- Customers must pay full payment after the project delivers within 15 days, If they are delayed or don’t want to pay so we can stop the website, app, digital marketing ya any other things or we are not responsible for this.
Term and Termination
- Termination by Customer: Customer may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice to Webhubs. In the event of termination, Customer shall pay Webhubs for all services provided up to the date of termination.
- Termination by Webhubs: Webhubs may terminate this agreement at any time upon written notice to Customer in the event of any breach by Customer of any provision of this Agreement.
- Effect of Termination: Upon termination of this agreement, all rights and licenses granted to Customer shall terminate, and Customer shall immediately cease using the services provided by Webhubs.
- Survival of Provisions: The provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to, the provisions concerning ownership, confidentiality, indemnification, and limitation of liability.
- Refunds: If Customer terminates this agreement prior to completion of the project, any deposits or pre-payments made by Customer shall be refunded less the cost of any work performed up to the date of termination.
- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiation, either customer can close this project.
- Amendment: This Agreement may be amended or modified only by a written instrument executed by both parties.
- Notices: Any notice or other communication required or permitted hereunder shall be in writing and shall be delivered personally, by email.
Confidential and Proprietary Information
- Webhubs acknowledges that it may receive confidential and proprietary information from clients during the course of its services.
- Webhubs agrees to keep all confidential and proprietary information about the clients, including but not limited to business plans, financial data, trade secrets, and customer lists, confidential.
- Webhubs will not disclose any confidential and proprietary information about the clients to any third party, except as required by law.
- Webhubs will use confidential and proprietary information about the clients only for the purpose of providing services to the clients.
- Webhubs will take all necessary measures to safeguard confidential and proprietary information about the clients, including but not limited to maintaining physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards.
- Webhubs will ensure that all its employees, agents, and contractors who have access to confidential and proprietary information about the clients are bound by the same confidentiality obligations.
- Webhubs will immediately notify the clients in writing if it becomes aware of any unauthorized use or disclosure of confidential and proprietary information about the clients.
- Upon termination of its services to the clients, Webhubs will return to the clients all confidential and proprietary information about the clients in its possession or control and will destroy any copies of such information.
- The obligations of confidentiality and proprietary information under this agreement shall survive the termination of Webhubs services to the clients.
- Webhubs always try to protect customers’ personal details, In case personal details (sensitive data, like Bank Debit/Credit card, etc.) explore publicly so we inform you & suggest you change this. But we can’t take any responsibility, customers share all details at their own risk.
Indemnification
- The client is responsible for any content that they provide to Webhubs and agrees to indemnify for any claims of copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or other legal violations that may arise from such content.
- Webhubs is not liable for any damages or losses that may result from the client’s use of Webhubs’ services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
- If the client is a business entity, the person agreeing to these terms of service on behalf of the client represents that they have the authority to bind the client to these terms, and can’t agree to indemnify Webhubs for any claims that may arise from any misrepresentation of such authority.
- The client agrees that the limitations and exclusions of liability and indemnification provisions in these terms of service are fair and reasonable and that they have had an opportunity to seek legal counsel before agreeing to these terms.
- If clients approve the websites, apps ya other things so after that Webhubs can’t take any responsibility if the customer faces any copyright issues ya others, Webhubs can help to modify all copyright things.
Client Responsibilities
- Providing Webhubs with all necessary information, materials, and resources needed for the website development project.
- Reviewing and approving all website content, design, and functionality during the development process.
- Providing timely feedback and responses to Webhubs regarding the development process.
- Ensuring that all content provided to Webhubs is accurate, non-infringing, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Timeline
Webhubs will work with the client to establish a timeline for the website development project. The timeline will be agreed upon and documented in the client contract. Webhubs will make every effort to meet the agreed-upon timeline, but cannot guarantee completion on a specific date.
Ownership
Upon completion of the website development project & paying all deal prices, all website content and code developed by Webhubs will be owned by the client. The client will have full ownership and control over the website.
If the Client does not pay the amount, then Webhubs can terminate Services & can delete all data without giving you & webhubs not responsible for this.
If all data (Files, Codes, Databases, etc.) are provided to you & migrate all data to your own hosting, then Webhubs is not responsible for anything else after that.
Support & Maintenance
Webhubs provides ongoing support and maintenance services for websites developed by our team. These services may include content updates, security updates, and technical support. The specific support and maintenance services provided will be agreed upon and documented in the client contract.
Webhubs Cover all Small and medium Websites for One year of free maintenance support if we are provided Hosting. If we have not provided hosting so after the project is done with client approval we can’t take any responsibility & we not offer any type of free maintenance. For larger Websites or apps, we Provide three months of free maintenance, after this period if you want support you have to pay.
Changes and Revisions
During the website development process, the client will have the opportunity to review and approve all content, design, and functionality. But, if clients want to add additional features so is that chargeable as per works. Once approved, changes and revisions may incur additional fees. Changes and revisions requested after the website has been launched may also incur additional fees.
Warranties and Disclaimers
Webhubs assures professional website development, though we don't guarantee error-free or continuous accessibility. We're not liable for client-induced issues. We actively address updates, bugs, and security for a seamless user experience.
Limitation of Liability
Webhubs explicitly states non-responsibility and disclaims liability for any damages, be it direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive, arising from our website development services. This encompasses lost profits, data, or business interruption. The client agrees to indemnify and hold Webhubs not responsible, harmless from claims, damages, and expenses linked to the use of our website development services.
Confidentiality
Webhubs ensures strict confidentiality for client information and materials in website development projects, fostering trust and security throughout the collaboration.

At Webhubs, we reserve the right to modify, add or remove any point from our terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. However, we will make our best effort to notify our clients of any significant changes through email or by posting a notice on our website.
It is the responsibility of the client to regularly review the terms and conditions to stay informed of any updates or modifications. By continuing to use our services after any changes are made, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by the updated terms and conditions.
If a client disagrees with any of the updated terms and conditions, they may terminate their use of our services by providing us with a written notice. However, any payments made by the client before the termination date will not be refunded.
