Client Responsibilities

Timeline

Webhubs will work with the client to establish a timeline for the website development project. The timeline will be agreed upon and documented in the client contract. Webhubs will make every effort to meet the agreed-upon timeline, but cannot guarantee completion on a specific date.

Ownership

Upon completion of the website development project & paying all deal prices, all website content and code developed by Webhubs will be owned by the client. The client will have full ownership and control over the website.

If the Client does not pay the amount, then Webhubs can terminate Services & can delete all data without giving you & webhubs not responsible for this.

If all data (Files, Codes, Databases, etc.) are provided to you & migrate all data to your own hosting, then Webhubs is not responsible for anything else after that.

Support & Maintenance

Webhubs provides ongoing support and maintenance services for websites developed by our team. These services may include content updates, security updates, and technical support. The specific support and maintenance services provided will be agreed upon and documented in the client contract.

Webhubs Cover all Small and medium Websites for One year of free maintenance support if we are provided Hosting. If we have not provided hosting so after the project is done with client approval we can’t take any responsibility & we not offer any type of free maintenance. For larger Websites or apps, we Provide three months of free maintenance, after this period if you want support you have to pay.

Changes and Revisions

During the website development process, the client will have the opportunity to review and approve all content, design, and functionality. But, if clients want to add additional features so is that chargeable as per works. Once approved, changes and revisions may incur additional fees. Changes and revisions requested after the website has been launched may also incur additional fees.

Warranties and Disclaimers

Webhubs assures professional website development, though we don't guarantee error-free or continuous accessibility. We're not liable for client-induced issues. We actively address updates, bugs, and security for a seamless user experience.

Limitation of Liability

Webhubs explicitly states non-responsibility and disclaims liability for any damages, be it direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive, arising from our website development services. This encompasses lost profits, data, or business interruption. The client agrees to indemnify and hold Webhubs not responsible, harmless from claims, damages, and expenses linked to the use of our website development services.

Confidentiality

Webhubs ensures strict confidentiality for client information and materials in website development projects, fostering trust and security throughout the collaboration.

At Webhubs, we reserve the right to modify, add or remove any point from our terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. However, we will make our best effort to notify our clients of any significant changes through email or by posting a notice on our website.

It is the responsibility of the client to regularly review the terms and conditions to stay informed of any updates or modifications. By continuing to use our services after any changes are made, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by the updated terms and conditions.

If a client disagrees with any of the updated terms and conditions, they may terminate their use of our services by providing us with a written notice. However, any payments made by the client before the termination date will not be refunded.
