Refund Policy

Webhubs strive to provide high-quality services to all of our clients. We understand that there may be situations where a client may require a refund for a service provided, and we have put in place a refund policy to ensure that our clients are protected.
Our refund policy covers the following services: website development, domain registration, hosting services, graphic design, digital marketing, search engine optimization, and app development.
If a client is not satisfied with the services provided, they may request a refund with approval of the service. To request a refund, the client must provide a detailed explanation of why they are dissatisfied with the service and what they expected. We will then review the request and provide a decision within 7 business days.
If a refund is approved, we will issue a refund to the client within 14 days of the approval. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Webhubs do not offer any type of refund policy some reasons: they are:

- Digital marketing amount
- Search engine optimization
- Business Promotion amount
In some cases, Webhubs offers you a refund:
- Before Starting a Website or App
- Before starting Graphic Designs
- Before Starting Digital Marketing
- Before Starting SEO or if we do not complete our promise so we can refund according to the work
like Website after approval, Domain, Hosting price, Graphic designs, digital marketing, Search Engine Optimization, and App Development after all services here.
Additionally, if a service is canceled by the client after work has begun, a refund may not be possible, as work and resources may have already been invested.
